Plavna Serviced Apartments
In order to provide you with a relaxing and smooth stay, we kindly ask you to read our terms and conditions carefully. In them you will find important information for your holidays at the Plavna Serviced Apartments.
Cancellation
Cancellation* must be made in writing to us and is only valid after receipt of our written cancellation confirmation. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. Online form: www.erv.ch
- Up to 42 days before arrival: CHF 150 administration fee
- 41 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- 9 to 1 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
- 0 days before arrival, no-show: 100% of the rental price
*This regulation only applies to guests who have booked directly with us (by telephone or online, on site, via our website). It does not apply to bookings made via third-party providers such as travel agencies, booking.com, other booking platforms or providers. Please find out about your cancellation conditions if you have not booked directly.

Parking
Covered parking CHF 19 per day/car
Outdoor parking CHF 14 per day/car
Pets
Dog CHF 15.- per day/dog without food
Dogs are welcome with advance notice with limited access to the public rooms.
Taxes
Visitor's tax = Guest card
Visitor's tax CHF 5.- per person/night for all guests over 12 years of age.
With the guest card you can use the public transport between Brail and Martina all year round as well as the mountain railways in summer from the day of arrival to the day of departure and benefit from further reductions on holiday experiences in the entire destination Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair. Your dog also travels free of charge.
«Cause We Care» - myclimate contribution
CHF 1.- per person/night
With your contribution you compensate a part for a climate neutral stay.
Online booking
Should the price not be correctly transmitted for technical reasons when booking online, we reserve the right to inform you of this and, in an emergency, to withdraw from this contract.
Vouchers
Please note that only pre-registered vouchers of any kind are accepted.
Payment methods
We accept payment in cash, all major credit cards, 50 % in WIR.
